David C. Wright

Partner David Wright is the leading Inland Empire attorney that focuses his practice on the representation of clients who have suffered catastrophic injury or the death of a loved one because of a dangerous product. Prior to 2001, he was a federal prosecutor in the Major Crimes Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California. In the years since, he has utilized his unique training and understanding of Product Liability and Personal Injury matters to serve Inland Empire residents. Mr. Wright is a law school graduate of Pepperdine University in Malibu, California and is a member of several elite legal organizations including The American Association for Justice.
Dana R. Vogel

Managing Attorney Dana Vogel leads McCune Law Groups Phoenix, Arizona branch. Dana focuses on complex civil litigation and consumer class actions. Prior to joining MLG, Dana was a Unit Chief at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office where she oversaw the Unit’s caseload and managed multiple attorneys and paralegals as they worked toward justice for Arizona consumers. She specializes in antitrust, consumer protection law, and complex litigation. Dana is a graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
Keena Patel

Attorney Keena Patel works in McCune Law Groups Arizona office specializing in Environmental matters and Class Actions. Prior to joining MLG, Ms. Patel started her career in 2011 practicing civil litigation in Georgia and later worked for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office where she handled a variety of civil matters with a focus on helping consumers. Ms. Patel also has experience in mediation having mediated civil rights discrimination complaints during her time at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. Ms. Patel received her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She then attended Georgia State University College of Law earning her J.D. in 2011.
Steven A. Haskins

Steven A. Haskins is a partner of McCune Law Group, specializing in class actions, complex litigation, and appeals and writs. Over the course of his career, Mr. Haskins has prepared dozens of briefs for cases heard by the United States Supreme Court, the California Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals, and the California Court of Appeal. Before joining McCune Law Group, Mr. Haskins represented entities and individuals in a multitude of industries including manufacturing, health care, and non-profit corporations. Mr. Haskins earned his J.D. at Brigham Young University, where he graduated magna cum laude and joined the Order of the Coif.

Ashley joined MLG in May of 2022. She also has a passion for law and is working on achieving her paralegal certificate. Dustin Dolf

As the Medical Records Assistant for your case, Dustin specializes in collecting, organizing, and presenting your records for attorney review, including relevant records pertaining to your case, bills, employment records, and new records as you receive further treatment throughout your case. He has worked in this role for two and a half years and is a proud graduate of the University of La Verne where he received his undergraduate degree.
