On November 1, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at the Irvine Boardwalk McCune Wright Arevalo, LLP, will provide the Forum for the Orange County Oil Spill. This forum event will feature expert speakers from a wide range of specialties to address some of the most important impacts of the October 2nd oil spill on Orange County communities.
Speakers will include public health expert Dr. Dora Barilla, physician Dr. Ed Kim, journalist Toni Momberger, retired judge The Honorable Stephen Larson, MWA Partner David Wright, and MWA Associate James Perry. Moreover, MWA Partner Joe Richardson will moderate. This panel will discuss the public health and personal health consequences of the oil spill. Additionally, they will review the legal options individuals and small businesses may have if they were impacted.
