Hyundai and Kia MPG Fraudulent Advertising Class Actions

Nearly two years after filing a class action suit against Hyundai Motor America, Richard McCune confirms that Plaintiffs and Hyundai and Plaintiffs and Kia have reached a settlement agreement in the inflated MPG ratings class actions.
