Aabru Madni joins McCune Law Group as an attorney based in Southern California. Prior to joining MLG, she worked as a solo practitioner and served as Of Counsel on several federal and California based litigation matters with other local solo practitioners and law firms in addition to maintaining her own matters. Ms. Madni specializes in state and federal litigation, immigration law, and estate planning.
Before going solo, Aabru was an associate attorney at Gallinger Law from 2017 to 2022 and represented clients in estate planning, probate, immigration, non-profit formation, and state and federal civil and commercial litigation. Through this work she managed caseloads diverse in subject matter, legal process, and clientele. Specifically, Aabru worked on litigation matters involving products liability, breach of contract, trademark law, corporate law, employment law, and probate petitions. In addition to her civil and commercial litigation experience, Aabru has filed and settled numerous mandamus lawsuits in various states against US government agencies in order to mandate their compliance with US law in adjudicating immigration petitions with due process.
Aabru holds a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law where she earned accolades for her academic excellence, including a Certificate of Excellence in Legal Rhetoric Research, and dedicated over two hundred hours to pro bono service. There she was also heavily involved with public interest programs, most notably the Disability Rights Law Clinic and the Journal of Gender, Social Policy, and the Law. After law school, Aabru served as the Immigrants’ Rights Advocate at the Council on American Islamic Relations, LA, where she assisted marginalized communities in navigating the new policies that emerged under the Trump Administration.
Aabru has maintained a legal career dedicated to client centered advocacy. A fervent advocate for justice, Aabru Madni has left a mark in the local legal community with a reputation for diligence, empathy, and unwavering commitment to her clients’ best interests.
