At McCune Law Group, Kristy M. Arevalo has established herself as one of the Inland Empire’s top plaintiffs ’s attorneys in the legal fields of medical product failure, personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability. In addition to her mass torts practice, Ms. Arevalo handles catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. She has argued in front of the California Court of Appeals and has tried multiple cases to verdict. She grew up in Southern California and graduated with honors from the University of California, Irvine. Immediately after graduating from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California, Ms. Arevalo joined McCune Law Group. For over 17 years she has worked diligently to help those who have been injured or wronged.
Rhonda J. Espinosa
Executive Director of Client Experience
Rhonda has been part of the MLG family since she was only 18 years old. She has worked her way up through the ranks and learned the ropes of numerous positions within the firm, eventually becoming the Director of Client Experience. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the intake and onboarding process with all our clients, ensuring they receive the utmost care from the beginning to the end of their case.
Brancy Chude

Brancy has had 10 years of legal experience in a wide variety of legal roles including legal assistant, paralegal, case manager, and law clerk. He has also worked in many areas of law ranging from contract law to personal injury and mass torts. As the team’s Legal Assistant, Brancy will organize and manage your medical records and important case documents and also assist with court filings and productions. Brancy is a graduate of California State University of Northridge where he received his BA degree in Political Science – Law & Society. Brancy is also fluent in Spanish and Italian and will be your liaison if you have questions and prefer to communicate in either of these languages.
Gianna Guzman

Gianna is the newest member of the CPAP Legal Team, having joined MLG in May 2021. She is currently attending California State University Fullerton majoring in Digital Media. Gianna assists the team with special CPAP projects and client communication, gathering any missing information, updating spreadsheets, and reaching out to clients as needed.
Dustin Dolf
Medical Records Assistant
As the Medical Records Assistant for your case, Dustin specializes in collecting, organizing, and presenting your records for attorney review, including relevant records pertaining to your case, bills, employment records, and new records as you receive further treatment throughout your case. He has worked in this role for two and a half years and is a proud graduate of the University of La Verne where he received his undergraduate degree.
