In many cases, these incidents could have been avoided through proper care or attention by the driver, but in some instances may have resulted from electronic or mechanical defects in the vehicle.

Ford F-250 Crashes into Bicyclists on Cotton Lane Bridge in Goodyear, Arizona
Though the events leading to the crash are still under investigation, it has been reported that the driver told police that the steering wheel locked and the vehicle drifted to the right leading to the collision with the group cyclists, evidencing the possibility of a suspension or steering defect as the precipitating cause.
MLG’s product liability attorneys are presently representing consumers in a class action consumer lawsuit against Ford Motor Company for a dangerous suspension that negatively impacts the steering and handling capabilities of its F-250 trucks—the same vehicle that crashed into the cyclists on Cotton Lane Bridge in Goodyear, Arizona—that it filed in 2019.
