If these fees are determined to not be allowed, claimed damages would include the return of the fees and other damages.

What is a Class Action?

A class action is a filed court case where one or two affected customers file the case for the tens of thousands of customers who also were damaged. The customers bringing the case are called class representatives, and they look out for the class in the litigation, making sure the right thing is done for similarly harmed consumers. Most times, but not always, if the case is successful, the Court will award a service award to the class representative in a successful case.
