Since 2007, Partner Michele Vercoski has obtained excellent financial recoveries for clients in Personal Injury, Product Liability, Class Action, Commercial Litigation, and workplace harassment and discrimination. Ms. Vercoski received her Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers College of Nursing in 2001, where she was a Dean’s List honoree. She then attended Tulane University Law School, earning her J.D. degree in 2004 and graduating Order of the Coif and magna cum laude. Ms. Vercoski is a proud member of several elite professional organizations and is a contributing author to the Law360 publication.
Tuan Q. Nguyen

Associate Tuan Nguyen joined McCune Law Group in 2017. He represents plaintiffs in Class Action, Product Liability, mass tort, business fraud, and consumer protection litigation. Mr. Nguyen received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego, with a minor in International Relations. He then attended the University of San Diego School of Law, earning his J.D. in 2016. While in law school, Mr. Nguyen served as Lead Editor on the San Diego Law Review and as extern to several Upper Court judges in California.
Yasmin N. Vahid

Associate Yasmin Vahid joined McCune Law Group in June 2020, following her time as a law clerk for the firm. She now specializes in Class Actions, Product Liability, and Personal Injury matters. She has provided legal support in several of MLG’s largest cases. Ms. Vahid received her bachelor’s degree in 2015 from the University of California, Irvine, and later her J.D. from Chapman University in 2019. While in law school, Ms. Vahid became a certified mediator through the Dispute Resolution Programs Act. She is now a part of several elite professional organizations including The American Association for Justice.
Rhonda J. Espinosa

Rhonda has been part of the MLG family since she was only 18 years old. She has worked her way up through the ranks and learned the ropes of numerous positions within the firm, eventually becoming the Director of Client Experience. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the intake and onboarding process with all our clients, ensuring they receive the utmost care from the beginning to the end of your case.

Serena is highly accomplished and has over twenty years of experience in the legal industry. After obtaining her Juris Doctor degree from University of California – Davis and working as a senior litigation paralegal for several years, Serena was recruited to work in areas of law firm organization and legal team management.
