HP 3rd Party Printer Cartridge Failures – Class Action Investigation

McCune Wright Arevalo, LLP is investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of consumers that purchased HP printers and used non-HP printer cartridges. It has been alleged that consumers who installed non-HP printer cartridges in their HP printers recently received the following error message: “One or more cartridges appear to be damaged. Remove them and replace them with new cartridges.” It has been alleged that HP preprogrammed a date into its printers on which non-HP printer cartridges could no longer be used with its printers and concealed this fact from consumers.
