Ford F-150 Door Lock Failure – Class Action Investigation
McCuneWright is currently investigating a class action lawsuit against Ford for alleged failure of the door locking mechanism in certain model year 2015-2017 Ford F-150 vehicles. It is alleged that these models may contain a defect predisposing the vehicle to premature door lock failure. As a result, the failed door lock actuators may cause the doors to not open or close as expected. Unfortunately, Ford may also not have the parts necessary to properly repair these vehicles. As a result, current and former owners and lessees may be left with vehicle doors that do not function as intended.
