Eddie Jae K. Kim
Eddie Jae K. Kim first joined McCune Wright Arevalo LLP in 2005. He is a partner of McCune Wright Arevalo LLP.
After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2001, he then attended Cornell Law School, earning his J.D. in 2004. While at Cornell, Mr. Kim was awarded the prestigious Seymour Herzog Memorial Prize for demonstrating excellence in the study of law and, in particular, commitment to public interest law. During law school, Mr. Kim worked as a law clerk for the Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem in New York City, a nonprofit that provides holistic services to disadvantaged communities including criminal defense and social work. Additionally, he was Vice President of the Asian American Law Student Association.
Mr. Kim’s practice focuses on the representation of clients in business and consumer fraud cases to challenge harmful practices engaged in by entire industries, and includes working to certify class actions and handling appeals. In 2013, he served as the Co-Chair of the Pro Bono Committee for the Korean American Bar Association of Southern California.
