CVS Kids and CVS Sheer Sun Lotions Incorrect SPF Labeling

McCune Wright Arevalo, LLP is investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of consumers of CVS Kids Sun Lotion SPF 50 and CVS Sheer Sun Lotion SPF 30. A recent report tested the strength of sunscreens to determine if they actually provided the SPF advertised. CVS Kids Sun Lotion advertises an SPF strength of 50, however, the test revealed its actual strength is SPF 8. CVS Sheer Sun Lotion provides 11 less SPF strength levels than advertised.
