Banana Boat Kids Sunscreen Incorrect SPF Labeling
McCune Wright Arevalo, LLP is investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of consumers of Banana Boat Kids Tear-Free Sting-Free Lotion SPF 50, Banana Boat Ultra Defense Stick SPF 50, Banana Boat SunComfort SPF 30. A recent report tested the strength of sunscreens to determine if they actually provided the SPF advertised. Banana Boat Kids advertises an SPF strength of 50, however, the test revealed its actual strength is SPF 8. Ultra Defense Stick and SunComfort provide 15 and 8 less levels of SPF strength levels than advertised. If you purchased Banana Boat Kids Tear-Free Sting-Free Lotion SPF 50, please contact us.
